高安柱,教授,上海交通大学自动化与感知学院院长助理/医疗机器人研究院院长助理、博士生导师,国自然优青入选者、上海市启明星计划入选者、上海东方英才青年项目入选者,主持国家重点研发计划青年科学家项目等多项国家/省市级项目。先后在哈工大(导师:王树国 教授,付宜利 教授)、中科院沈自所(导师:王志东 研究员、刘浩 研究员)、美国约翰霍普金斯大学(合作导师:Prof. Russell H. Taylor, Prof. Mehran Armand, Prof. Iulian Iordachita)、英国伦敦帝国理工学院(合作导师:Prof. Guang-Zhong Yang)等开展机器人研究工作。目前,担任IEEE T-RO和IEEE RA-L的Associate Editor。
长期从事柔性连续体机器人的关键技术研究,关注柔性机器人、连续体机器人、纤微机器人、智能感知与交互、具身智能等方向。相关成果以一作/通讯在Science Robotics、Science Advances、Nature Communications、IEEE TRO、Soft Robotics、IEEE/ASME TMECH、IEEE TIE等发表。欢迎来实验室参观交流!本课题组致力于柔性连续体机器人相关的科研工作!欢迎优秀的校内外学生加入课题组!

优先招收串/并联机器人、VLA、具身智能、强化学习、影像导航(磁共振、DSA、超声)等方向的硕士生、博士生、博士后!具有手术机器人、柔性机器人科研或工作经验者优先。

Anzhu Gao is a Professor, the Assistant to the Dean of the School of Automation and Intelligent Sensing (SAIS) & Institute of Medical Robotics (IMR), and Director of Center for Surgical Robotics, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He is a recipient of the National Natural Science Fund for Excellent Young Scholars (NSFC Excellent Young Scientists Fund), the Shanghai Rising-Star Program, and the Shanghai Oriental Talent Youth Program. He has led a Young Scientists Project under the National Key R&D Program of China, along with multiple national and provincial/municipal research projects. He conducted research at Harbin Institute of Technology (advised by Prof. Shuguo Wang and Prof. Yili Fu), Shenyang Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences (advised by Prof. Zhidong Wang and Prof. Hao Liu), Johns Hopkins University (with Prof. Russell H. Taylor, Prof. Mehran Armand, and Prof. Iulian Iordachita), and Imperial College London (with Prof. Guang-Zhong Yang). He currently serves as an Associate Editor for IEEE Transactions on Robotics (T-RO) and IEEE Robotics and Automation Letters (RA-L).
His research has long focused on key technologies of flexible continuum robots, with interests spanning soft robotics, continuum robotics, intelligent sensing, human–robot interaction, and embodied intelligence. His work has been published as first or corresponding author in leading journals, including Science Robotics, Science Advances, Nature Communications, IEEE Transactions on Robotics, Soft Robotics, IEEE/ASME Transactions on Mechatronics, and IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics, etc. Visitors are warmly welcome to the laboratory for academic exchange and collaboration. The group is dedicated to research on flexible continuum robotics and sincerely welcomes outstanding students, both within and outside the university to join the team.

Research Directions:
The research group has long been dedicated to flexible/continuum robots and automation, focusing on solving key challenges for interventions in robots, including embodied robot design, precise actuation, intelligent sensing, and accurate manipulation and control. The developed technologies are applicable to diagnostic and operational needs across multiple domains, such as medical, industrial, and aerospace scenarios.
